Job Summary
We are seeking a Assistant Administrator to join our team! As the Assistant Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of our homes, including supervising all programs and activities within the home and working closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with state regulations when it comes to group homes and social services.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Working as caregiver to cover needed open shifts (planned and emergency). This position requires that you understand assisted living inside and out. In order to do this you will be trained as a caregiver and also dietary.

You will be scheduled as a caregiver on a periodic basis to maintain skills and build rapport with residents and other staff members. Understanding everyone's duties makes your duties easier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the home
• Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and guidelines
• Rotate on-call for resident and staffing emergencies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with management desired
• Strong familiarity with regulations on assisted living
• Experience with backend office management desired
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
