- Conducts and supervises all operations in a safe and efficient manner to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for effectively leading, developing, managing, and motivating direct reports contractors and employees.
- Enforces and oversees compliance of all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate shipments into and out of facilities tankage. Ensure correct product quality testing according to company procedures.
- Conducts routine operation inspections.
- Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all inventories and monitoring of product variations at their terminal.
- Confirms meter calibration, line testing and other integrity programs as necessary and directed.
- Schedules and coordinates terminal maintenance with terminal operators and third-party contractors.
- Acts as Incident Commander for terminal in the event of emergency situations.
- Maintains good communication with customer base.
- Responsible for development, management, and execution of yearly operating budget.
- Develops capital projects and maintenance programs including costs and justification.
- Oversight of all projects and activities at facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
