Step into the shoes of a DC Float - Traveling Caregiver and envision a day filled with meaningful interactions and impactful support. Your role is crucial in helping individuals achieve their personal goals. Working closely with clients, you provide one-on-one assistance, teaching and guiding them toward their unique aspirations. Additionally, you play a vital part in supporting DC caseloads, overseeing responsibilities outlined in coordinated service and support plans. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance

WORK SCHEDULE

Your full-time schedule involves a minimum of 20 hours a week in the field, traveling and engaging directly with clients. The remainder of your time will be spent in the office, contributing to DC caseloads. This dynamic schedule allows you to maximize your impact while enjoying the flexibility to thrive in various environments!
