SCOPE OF THE JOB

Our client is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the appropriate strategy for their company to recruit and attract leaders to their social selling business model that drives sales and growth. The Senior Sales Manager role is to exceed the sales goals by prospecting for and attracting new Independent Consultants.

They should have extensive experience with the tracking and development of the field; by direct outreach coupled with a contemporary social network outreach strategy utilizing effective communications and social media platforms.

This Senior Manager should have experience in creating sales strategies, recruiting, coaching, and motivating teams in the field. Additionally, being active on Facebook, Instagram, and having a strong portfolio of reels and video content is important. This position reports to the National Sales Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a proactive strategy for appropriately prospecting for experienced direct sellers, seeking new opportunities, as well as organic representatives interested in the social selling industry.
  • Develop and implement best practices to drive recruitment, sponsorship, retention, productivity, rank advancement, and growth of our field.
  • Provide leadership, development, and execution support to the local leaders to surpass revenue targets and recruitment goals.
  • Coordinate and conduct the whole recruiting and sales presentations to effectively grow the company representative force, customer base and sales volume.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with potential independent consultants in the field to drive sales activities and increase distributor count.
  • Responsible for delivering on consultant KPIs (sales, # of orders, recruitment, leader, and client growth) and creating action plans, grow new leaders, new consultants, and clients.
  • Serve as the corporate representative and liaison to the field. Recognizing achievements, distributing program and product updates, and high-level resolving customer experience issues.
  • Develop and attend local field meetings. Drive the company's field in person and digital field events including opportunity.
  • Work with the Director of Field Development creating national sales conferences and leadership events. Mentor field Leaders on their teams via phone, Skype and Zoom.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred.
  • Progressive Network Marketing Experience in a similar role required.
  • 7+ years of corporate sales and leadership experience in the network marketing industry.
  • Proven successful Start-up experience with hands on experience recruiting new consultants.
  • Ability to visualize objectives, plan activities and actions for self and others.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in person, by telephone, video, calls, social media platforms and persuade others to make decisions.
  • Proven successful experience creating SMS, email and marketing campaigns and social media strategy for sales development.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and equipping skills required.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
  • Strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics and drivers to identify and implement changes when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience building a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Strong executive presence - experience and comfort working with C-level executives.
