JOB TITLE: Lead OTP Therapist

SUPERVISED BY: Program Director

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/ EXPERIENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from a Master's Degree Program in counseling or related human services field

• • Possession of NCSAPPB certification as a LCAS or LCASA
  • One year or more of experience working with substance use disorder patients preferred
  • One year or more of experience working within medication assisted treatment programs preferred

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Supports the Program Director in managing daily responsibilities of patient receiving opioid treatment programming. This position will be responsible for engaging with individuals on OTP, assisting in coordination to clinical care and medical team, maintaining ethical documentation of patient interaction, providing support to patients, reviewing treatment plans, and facilitating group and individual therapy for patients receiving OTP. Early morning hours are required. Supports and coordinates care with other team members to address and support individuals at high risk of overdose.

Salary Range: Salary range is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Compensation is $55,000 USD to $60,000 USD per year.
