Public Area Attendant - Oasis Beach Club

The public area attendant is responsible for maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of club amenities, restrooms and lobby areas by performing all cleaning functions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Cleans floors, carpets, walls, ledges, pictures, mirrors, furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Empties garbage containers
• Maintains restrooms both in Clubhouse and the Aqua Park
• Notifies Maintenance concerning need for repairs or additions to existing equipment and fixtures
• Experience with using cleaning chemicals, safety and training a must
• Able to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Project and maintain positive relations/interactions with guest and co-workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
• Working outside in all seasons and elements.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness a must.

Knowledge/Skills

• High School Diploma, G.E.D.
• Experience working in a hotel or resort a plus
• Must be fluent in oral and written English
• Requires knowledge of policies and procedures
