Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Dirt Foreman Operator to join our team. As an integral member of our asphalt paving crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment to prepare surfaces for paving. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to, grading, leveling, and compacting dirt and gravel surfaces to ensure a smooth and stable base for asphalt application.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, compactors, and rollers. 2. Grade and level dirt and gravel surfaces according to project specifications. 3. Compact and prepare surfaces to ensure proper drainage and stability. 4. Work closely with the paving crew to coordinate activities and ensure quality results. 5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. 6. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
