Job Description
CST FA Must Be Able to Endoscopically Harvest VeinsJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Graduated of certified surgical technology school. Completion of accredited First Assist course.Licensure: Current Surgical Technologist certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists.Experience: Two years of CST or CSTFA surgical experienceCertifications: BLS required.Safety Sensitive Designation:This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. Note: Candidates that live within a fifty (50) mile radius of Baxter Regional Medical Center and/or candidates that were previously employed with Baxter Regional, within the past five (5) years are not eligible for consideration.
