Job Title: Human Resources Generalist II

Location: Globe, AZ

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually


Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join this team in Globe, AZ. The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the selection process.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance management issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
