You will also need to design or develop new training programs, both in-house and outsourced, for a variety of different teams and needs. - Research and choose new training programs based on team need
- Design and develop new training programs that will benefit the company as a whole
- Map out training road maps for a variety of departments
- Make new and interesting training programs known to the company, providing necessary information
- Work closely with department leads to tailor training programs to their specific requirements
- Previous experience with HR or developing training programs desired
- Understanding of the training cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with both in-person training and e-learning programs
