Job Description
Position:Dog Nanny
Schedule:3-4 days per week (10:30am 3:30pm) with flexibility for extra days & hours as needed
Location:Stamford, CT
Salary:$30-35/hour
Overview:
An active couple in Stamford, CT is looking for a caring and energetic Dog Nanny to help care for their two dogs, help with light cleaning & laundry, and run simple errands as needed (groceries, post office, etc.).Candidate will need to communicate effectively and be comfortable working with dogs.
Responsibilities:
Care for two dogs: Take out for walks or spend time with them in yard, oversee them in the house, and occasional feeding
Housekeeping: Responsible for light cleaning, including vacuuming, keeping kitchen clean and clean dishes/dishwasher, and help with laundry (as needed)
Light household organization, including keeping house tidy and putting things away
Occasional household errands, including grocery shopping, trips to post office, etc.
Basic cooking/food prep capability would be helpful, but not a must
Requirements:
Honest, responsible and trustworthy
Professional, keen eye for detail, and proactive
Comfortable and confident with dogs
Ability to stay overnight with dogs if needed (with advanced notice)
Use of own car for running errands (mileage reimbursement)
