Job Summary

We are actively looking for an Experienced Cocktail Waitress to join our team. Your duties will involve taking customer orders, offering drink recommendations, and ensuring a clean and inviting bar area, all while upholding a high level of professionalism to encourage guest loyalty.

Shifts Available

• Part-Time
  • 2-3 shifts per week
  • Night & Weekend shifts (5:30 pm to 3:00 am)
• Full-Time
  • 3-4 shifts per week
  • Night & Weekend shifts (5:30 pm to 3:00 am)

Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of previous experience in cocktail serving required in a nightclub/bar setting.
• TABC and Food Handler's certification is required
• High school diploma/GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items.
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work nights and weekends are a must
• Excellent customer service and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Collect payment and operate POS system
• Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of supplies
• Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar and pool room, including cleaning and any other duties required.
