Mom N Tot Spot in Englewood, NJ is looking for one party sales coordinator and host for toddler parties to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 155 N Dean St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Birthday Party Sales and Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating leads and driving sales for birthday parties while also coordinating and overseeing toddler birthday events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers interested in hosting birthday parties at our venue.
• Follow up on inquiries, conduct tours, and effectively communicate our party offerings and packages to convert leads into bookings.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase birthday party bookings and revenue.

Event Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers planning toddler birthday parties.
• Coordinate all aspects of party planning including scheduling, decorations, catering, entertainment, and activities.
• Ensure all details are executed flawlessly to create memorable and enjoyable experiences for children and their families.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking and planning process.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at birthday party bookings.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote our birthday party services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, event coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating joyful experiences for children and families.
