Job Responsibilities:

STOP CHASING DEAD-END LEADS

Experienced agents or newly licensed - Our system works for anyone willing to follow it! We have been the # 1 Sales Team in the area over the past 5 years in a row, powered by the most successful titanium training and coaching program in the USA. We're growing again and looking for 2-3 FULL TIME Licensed Real Estate sales professionals with a passion for helping people - agents who are looking to hit the ground running. We offer ongoing training at your fingertips from the top 1% of earners in our industry

10-Point Job Description:

  • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
  • Complete VIP buyer/listing "paperwork" electronically and submit it to your admin
  • Show buyer properties
  • Communicate with sellers weekly
  • Submit offers weighted in buyer’s/seller's favor 
  • Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
  • Negotiate the best price and terms
  • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
  • Review CD with buyer/seller client
  • Attend closing and repeat
  • Have open availability at least 5 days per week for appointments


Job Qualifications:


  • Must have relevant licenses (driver's license) 
  • Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed
  • No standing complaints at TREC 
  • Passionate about selling
  • Strong sales skills, or the work ethic to learn them
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Familiar w/ area MLSs a plus
  • Familiar w/ TAR documents is a plus
  • Familiar with typical online systems and operations helpful
  • Be coachable and teachable
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Goal-driven
