Pay

• $25.00-$35.00/hour
• 5% gross pay annual bonus

Responsibilities

• Install DWV (Drain, Waste, and Vent) and water piping in compliance with the KY Plumbing Code.
• Properly install plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and faucets, ensuring they are correctly connected and functioning.
• Read and understand blueprints and plumbing diagrams to determine the precise location and layout of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations and ensure compatibility with other building systems.
• Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for plumbing installations, following industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct tests and inspections to verify the proper functioning and integrity of installed plumbing systems, identifying and resolving any issues or deficiencies.

Job requirements

• Possession of a valid KY Journeyman Plumbing License
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Proficiency in technical skills, including the ability to install DWV (Drain, Waste, and Vent) and water lines without instruction or direct supervision
• Desired relevant experience in multi-family and multi-story plumbing installations, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of such projects
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of a drug test
• Strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and dedication to completing tasks and meeting project deadlines
• 3-5 years of relevant plumbing experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Job location is in the Louisville and Lexington area
