Bathroom Remodeler

Knueve and Sons is a family-owned business that's been providing service to Kalida, Paulding, Findlay, and the surrounding area since 1970! We are currently looking to add a bathroom remodeler to our team. This is a great opportunity for a person who has some construction, plumbing, or remodeling experience. We offer above-industry pay and great benefits!

Work Hours: Normal business hours are Monday and Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Work hours may vary depending on project requirements. There may be occasional overtime.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Benefits: Medical, Simple IRA with 3% company match, vehicle, phone, paid holidays, paid vacation, tool replacement program, and some tools provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background screens
• Valid driver's license and insurable through the company insurance carrier
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently
• Possess basic hand tools
• Must have experience in remodeling or home repair trades
• Must have basic knowledge of Plumbing. i.e., valve replacement and fixture installation
• Must have extensive finish carpentry experience
• Direct in-home installation experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain company-issued tools, resources, and materials in an orderly, safe, and workmanship fashion
• Maintain company installation records and paperwork correctly and accurately for job files
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance while on our jobs and in our customers' homes.
• Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for homeowners while on the job
• Become an expert and resource for all product knowledge, installation, inventory, and warranty inquiries
• Ensure all job kits, materials, tools, and paperwork are complete before job site arrival
• Lead by example and generate positive customer reviews on all installations
• Be willing and able to accept feedback, direction, and instructions
• Work to provide the highest level of workmanship and service
