Class B CDL Cement Truck Driver

Nexeo HR is seeking a dedicated Class B CDL Cement Truck Driver to join our team in St. George. If you're a skilled driver with a passion for delivering top-notch service and navigating roads with precision, this is the opportunity for you. As a valued member of our team, you'll be entrusted with transporting cement materials safely and efficiently to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

•Safe Operation: Drive and operate a Class B CDL cement truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

•Loading and Unloading: Safely load cement materials onto the truck at the plant and unload them at job sites, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of materials.

•Delivery Management: Transport cement to designated locations according to schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to delivery instructions.

•Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on the cement truck, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and mechanical components, to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Qualifications

•Class B CDL: Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record, demonstrating proficiency in operating commercial vehicles.

•Experience: Previous experience as a cement truck driver or similar role preferred, with knowledge of cement handling procedures and safety practices.

•Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

•Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to following instructions accurately to ensure proper loading, unloading, and delivery of cement materials.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday- Friday and some Saturday's hours vary from day to day
