Work 4 - ten-hour days with overtime available on Fridays!! If you have general knowledge of cabinet shop machinery and hand tools, you like to work hard and make money, lets talk! Hours are Mon-Thur 6a-4:30p, every other Friday OT as needed 6a-12p.

We are currently seeking a Millwork Finisher that has experience with finishing, sanding, applying coatings, and staining by hand and with a spray gun.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities - Finisher/Painter:

• Prepares product for finishing, including sanding and filling holes and cracks
• Apply finish/paint efficiently while maintaining quality standards by hand or using a spray gun
• Ensures quality of finish
• Mix custom stain as needed
• Perform touch up repairs
• Help maintain and perform maintenance on finishing equipment

Experience (not required, will train):

• 1+ years of related experience - Finishing
• Prior commercial millwork experience is a plus
• Ability to read prints
• Firm understanding of standard hand tools
• Must have ability to differentiate colors
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Dedicated, well organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

Physical Demands of Job:

• Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing 50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of up to seventy pounds (assisted)
• Standing and bending for prolonged periods of time: 10 hours per day
• Color vision is the ability to identify and distinguish colors
• Possess the manual dexterity to assemble parts and components.
