Location:Loop 303 and Glendale Avenue

Shift:2nd shift 1oam - 6:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay:$18

• Must have good job stability
• Must be able to pass Drug screen (including THC)
• Must be able to pass Background and E-verify

Picker:

• Responsible for contributing to the Material Handling team’s high-performance and engagement in safety and standard operating procedures.
• You’ll maintain the warehouse operations including stocking, moving materials or stock, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining an organized warehouse and its storage system and/or production facility.
• You’ll also prepare materials for production use or shipping/receiving, perform other duties as needed. Coaching and regular feedback will be provided for continuous improvement

What You’ll Be Doing ?

• Essential Functions Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material or equipment needs Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use.
• Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts May perform special continuous improvement projects as needed What

• Preferred Bilingual English-Spanish speaker Open to work overtime, weekends and occasionally holidays One (1) year inventory management experience
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience Demonstrated attention to detail, deadline-driven, continuous improvement behaviors Role model our company culture and operating procedures
