As a Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. You will be tasked with installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity for our valued customers. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and participation in a rotating weekend rotation, you can expect a dynamic work environment that keeps you engaged and continuously learning.

To excel as a Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you will need a current valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle safely without jeopardizing yourself or others. Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks is essential for success in this role. Your commitment to regular and dependable attendance for a minimum of 40 hours per standard workweek is crucial to ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Additionally, you must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
• Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy
• Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
