Looking for a dynamic and passionate cook to join our team at Legacy Hotel. We're a bustling and growing restaurant. As a cook, you'll help prepare and cook dishes with a focus on quality and timely service. If you're a team player who is eager to learn and grow, we want you to be a part of our family!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and cook dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are consistent and of high quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
• Ensure that all food items are stored properly and safely.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Help train and mentor new kitchen team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in dishes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
