Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional service to our customers. As an Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of RV's, including motor homes, fifth wheels, and bumper-pull campers.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on units

- Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements

- Conduct thorough inspections of units to identify potential issues

- Communicate with customers regarding their needs and provide recommendations for necessary repairs

- Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehicles

- Communicate with service advisors and managers on job status to update the customer.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical issues

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
