Job Summary:
  • The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for leading and contributing to a variety of marketing projects from conception to completion and supporting program testing, launch and analysis. This role requires strong collaboration with the full marketing team and will work with external vendors and cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role will ensure satisfaction with both customers and our internal stakeholders with new product testing and program rollouts and will coordinate with department heads and other leaders to design advertising content, manage project timelines, and oversee campaign progress. The Marketing Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Managing and supporting multiple marketing projects from start to finish for 100+ locations across 6 states.
  • Managing marketing projects for new customer experiences including ecommerce, growing revenue and building online plan and wash sales, as well as loyalty programming, to increase customer wash frequency, spend and conversion to membership.
  • Supporting new partnership opportunities through strategic alignment, outreach, management, and expansion.
  • Projects may include but not be limited to product testing, promotional roll outs, marketing updates and field communication.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors and cross functional partners.
  • Working with the Director of Branding and Digital Marketing Director to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement team goals.
  • Ensuring all teams are aware of upcoming programs, understand their areas of responsibility and can execute marketing campaigns, product testing and programs.
  • Managing a content calendar and scheduling of deadlines for email, SMS and web.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its customer base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing, advertising, or related experience, preferably at a growth company.
  • Prior B2C experience and marketing support for brick-and-mortar business preferred.
  • Experience with project management and marketing campaign implementation across multiple locations/markets.
  • Ability to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams, breaking projects into manageable tasks and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
