All Shifts Press Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent client in Auburn, IN within the Automotive industry, is looking for Stamping Press Operators.
Press Operator Job Summary:
- $17.50 / Hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift if bumped
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am
- All Shifts Must be able to work Overtime
- Press Operator will produce metal stampings
- Press operator will run stamping presses, spot welders and other sub-assembly operations as required
- Press operator is required to assist in changing and setting dies
- Press Operators must load and unload parts in/out of press
- Repair minor problems (inserts, adjust censors and locator boxes)
- Label parts, Tag and move parts boxes
Press Operator Qualifications:
- Progressive/Transfer Stamping Press knowledge preferred but willing to train
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds continuously 8+ hours per day
- Press Operators will be standing, bending, stooping and climbing stairs
- Reaching – repetitive extension of arms
- Must have good Depth perception.
