We are currently hiring for a manufacturer that specializes in the manufacturing of precast underground vaults. As a Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of quality parts. Your responsibilities will include following production schedules, eliminating waste, monitoring equipment and molds, performing manual repairs, and participating in improvement projects. You must adhere to company policies and procedures while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Position: Direct Hire General Labor

Schedule: Monday- Friday : 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Must be open to cross training and potential schedule changes in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow production schedule for manufacturing specific items according to quality standards and deadlines.
2. Eliminate waste by following established procedures and best practices in production processes.
3. Monitor equipment and molds to ensure they are in good working order and report any issues promptly.
4. Perform manual repairs as needed to maintain equipment functionality and product quality.
5. Assist in manufacturing-related special projects as assigned, contributing to process improvements and innovation.

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating reliability and competence in executing tasks.
2. Basic understanding of the manufacturing process, including familiarity with equipment operation and production workflows.
3. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices used in the manufacturing industry.
4. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills to effectively operate machinery and address technical issues.
5. Good physical condition and strength, with the ability to handle physical tasks and work in a demanding environment.
6. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands and deadlines.
