Responsibilities:

Ensure the compliance to the GLP practices, procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
To perform the testing for Raw Materials, Packaging materials, In-Process Samples, Finished products, Stability Samples, Routine Water Samples.
To approve or reject, as he sees fit, any starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk and finished products.
To prepare and periodically review the specifications, Standard Test Procedures, SOPs and other quality control procedures.
To maintain the quality control equipments in a valid calibration state.
To ensure that the required materials or chemicals are available in the QC lab according to the need.
To prepare QC procedures and other documents, including amendments.
The retention of samples for Raw materials, packaging materials and finished products and maintaining its records.
To Monitor the temperature and Humidity of the chemical Lab, Sample Retention Room and Stability Chambers
To Prepare Reagents, Standards, and Test solutions for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
To participate the out of specification results (OOS).
To participate in the internal audits and follow up the corrective and preventive action response.
To forecast for the purchase of chemicals, reagents, Standards, glassware, equipment accessories.
To ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the area.
To ensure the personnel hygiene and adherence to the lab safety procedures.
Any other duties assigned by the management for the time being.
