The Designer will assist the sales team in helping clients conceptualize and visualize the space they are looking to build. This position reports to the Area Sales Rep. and the President.

Purpose:

Provides drawings and designs to inspire active clients to build their project with BiltWise

Business Outcomes:

• Closed sales with clients that have a realistic idea of what their product will look and feel like

Essential Functions:

1. Conceptualization and Vision: Designers help conceptualize the project by translating the developer's ideas into tangible plans. They consider the developer's goals, target market, and project constraints to create a vision for the development that aligns with the intended objectives.

1. Aesthetics and Market Appeal: Creating visually appealing spaces that resonate with potential buyers, tenants, or users, ultimately contributing to higher potential for a sale, higher property values, and better market positioning.

1. Coordination With Other Professionals: Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the construction process, such as engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Their ability to communicate the design intent effectively ensures a smooth and cohesive execution of the project.

1. Project Budget Management: The designer will take into consideration the budget for the project, and make aesthetic choices accordingly. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Proficiency in up to date design software
• Eye for aesthetics
• Simultaneous projects, multi-tasking, & fast-paced environment geared
• Quick decision making ability in response to changing conditions

Education and Experience:

• Degree/certificate in design, preferred
• 3-5 years of experience designing living spaces
• Proficiency in design software
