Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator

Bel-Mac Roofing, Inc. is seeking a commercial roofing project manager / estimator. Candidates should be coachable, goal-oriented, resourceful, and have knowledge in all aspects of commercial roofing. Additional requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-years of experience in commercial roofing and estimating.
• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn the company CRM program.
• Experience in Excel based estimating or similar is preferred.
• Candidate should have knowledge of multiple roof systems to include, single ply, modified bitumen, standing seam and general roofing products associated with commercial roofing.
• Experience in reading plans, specifications, and general construction knowledge.
• A college degree with disciplines in engineering, construction management or similar is preferred.
• Candidate should be effective at technical proposal development and writing.
• Previous commercial roofing sales, estimating, project management or roofing product sales is preferred.
• Ability to access and review buildings and roof surfaces.
