Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Supervisor in Yoakum, Texas. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 years of production supervisor experience in packaging, meat processing or line manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience monitoring production to maximize productivity and respond to unusual circumstances to meet production targets
- Experience coaching, counseling, and promoting a safe work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment with other departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
- Prior experience with USADA, OSHA and GMP is a plus
