Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Supervisor to oversee Soccer game events and ensure they successful run smoothly in the Janitorial aspect. The OnSite Supervisor will be responsible for managing the janitoral team, supervising workers, and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of hospitality and recruiting.

Duties:

• Supervising and coordinating the cleaning and maintenance of buildings/facilities
• Training and evaluating the custodial staff
• Scheduling staff shifts, monitoring staff attendance, and reporting absences
• Stocking, and replenishing supplies and equipment
• Inspecting work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and standards
• Documenting and managing contract performance based on key performance indicators
• Making recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals
• Recruit for staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• The ability to lift heavy equipment.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
