KEF’s North American Sales office, located in Marlboro, NJ, is seeking the right person to fit the title of Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position. KEF is dedicated to excellence and efficiency in every aspect of our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain processes, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company success.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our shipping and receiving department. This position requires a detail-oriented and energetic professional who is proficient at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and palletize products to fulfill customer orders within specified deadlines.
• Prepare shipments accurately by scanning and packing orders, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to track and process orders.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks. Forklift operation is a valued skill and training may be provided.
• Assist in receiving and unloading new shipments, organizing goods for easy access and distribution.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous movement and lifting of up to 75 lbs.
• A positive, professional demeanor with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
