Job Description

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to become a part of our team! You will operate a truck or tractor to transport materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience operating in a wide variety of motorized heavy equipment and vehicles used in earthwork , including but not limited to:
    - Bulldozers
    - Excavators
    - Motorgraders / Rollers

  • Prepares heavy equipment by conducting inspections; performing preventive maintenance checks.

  • Prepares work by studying and clarifying plans, calculating requirements and gathering supplies.

  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

EXPERIENCE WITH TRIMBLE GPS OR ANY OTHER GPS MACHINE CONTROL EQUIPMENT IS A BONUS QUALIFICATION!

  • Communicate need for maintenance or repair 
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a operating heavy equipment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle physical workload
