Hotel Security Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Hotel Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent conflict management skills, be proficient in surveillance techniques, and have a strong background in loss prevention.

```Duties```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the facility
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and best practices
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
