Job Overview: General Production Worker, Highland, Clinton, Fayette and Adams Counties. Inspecting, Assembly, and general production.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assembly:
    • Assemble and fabricate mechanical parts, components, and products using a variety of tools and equipment.
    • Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate and precise construction.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve overall efficiency.
  1. Inspection:
    • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards.
    • Implement and follow quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.
  1. Testing:
    • Perform functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and functionality.
    • Troubleshoot and address any issues identified during testing.
    • Document test results and communicate findings to relevant team members.
  1. Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
    • Follow industry regulations and company policies related to manufacturing and assembly processes.
  1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals.
    • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and potential improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with assembly tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
