3rd Shift Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM  

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, work environment where you will set up and operate a manual slitter/automatic slitter and associated packing lines, in Litchfield County CT? 
 
What You Will Do as a Slitter Operator:
Sets up and operates slitter according to established procedures 
Ensure finishing equipment is working correctly, troubleshoot, perform safety inspects and complete required documentation, perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, and initiate work orders for repairs
Perform equipment change-over and splices
Maintain inventories needed for production run
Perform data entry on SAP
What You Need as a Slitter Operator:
Ability to read length measurements, gauges, and meters
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, work independently, and be a team player 
Ability to position and lift 50 - 100 pounds
 Basic math skills, computer skills, and data entry.
High School Diploma or GED required. Technical school background desirable
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Availability to work Overtime on Fridays as needed
