Barista

A Honey Greens Cafe barista is responsible for giving a Honey Greens experience to all guests by providing customers with prompt and kind service, making quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. This job is for outgoing people who love to interact with customers. Baristas should be able to work under pressure, maintain cleanliness, and fully understand our menu. This job is for people who truly enjoy customer service, a fast paced work environment, can handle criticism, and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities (this list includes but is not limited to):

• Maintain impeccable customer service
• Perfectly make all FOH drinks including coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, soft serve, floats, shakes, etc.
• Handle flow during rushes
• Maintain stations stocked
• Maintain stations spotless
• Maintain seating area clean, clean tables when guests leave, sweep, mop
• Organize grab and go fridge
• Fruit prep and organization of juice fridge
• Follow recipes to a standard each and every single time.
• Perfect the art of soft serve
• Run food from Back of House to customers
• Correctly call out orders, loudly
• Have 100% knowledge of menu
• Pitch sales to customers
• Must have at least 1 year in coffee making

Availability:

Preferred OPEN AVAILABILITY, Weekday (closing), Weekend (opening/closing) , Holidays (opening/closing)

Cafe Hours: Open 7 days a week 8:00am-6:00pm

Shift Range: 5 hrs-8 hrs

Hours: 12-25 weekly

Pay: Weekly

Tips: Cash and card. Most baristas make an extra $100-300 a week on tip.
