Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer Technician in Bristol, IN. This is a direct-hire position and the pay is $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Summary: Works closely with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and raise product quality and profitability. Plan, test, and custom make industrial products, and thus assist the engineers in implementing improvements in production and output.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work and assist in the wire harness program
- Develop new product designs
- Review design briefs, specifications and prints
- Assist in the development and building of prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function
- Help with troubleshooting of prototypes
- Make changes and revisions as requested
- Explore components needed for product assemblies
Experience Needed:
- CNC Programming
- Associates Degree in CAD or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD software
- Ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects
