Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully install solid surface, stone, and quartz countertops in commercial and residential settings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and shop drawings with precision.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding junior team members and leading by example.
• Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in countertop installation, with a focus on commercial projects. Carpentry skills are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in solid surface, stone, and quartz countertop installation.
• Professional demeanor, personable attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and shop drawings accurately.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from job sites (company truck provided during work hours).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Information: This is a full-time position with weekly pay via direct deposit. We offer competitive compensation packages tailored to attract and retain top talent. After a 90-day probation period, employees receive paid time off (PTO) and enjoy five paid holidays per calendar year.
