Carroll Mechanical, Inc. is looking for a driven individual with a positive attitude to fill a Lead Technician / Installer position. We are a small, family owned HVACR business and have been providing service in the surrounding area for over 35 years. This position will include managing/training junior technicians; preventative maintenance, diagnostics/repair, installation, replacement, and emergency repairs of HVACR systems in both residential and commercial buildings. This individual would also help collaborate with the team and customers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Must be willing to work with others; team work, and the ability to work cohesively with team members, is critical. Applicants must be proficient in oil- and propane-fired equipment; basic hydronics; heat pumps; air conditioning and refrigeration.

Job type: Full-Time

Pay: $25-30/hour to start, $30-40/hour after completing the trial period with frequent opportunities for advancement.

Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 4:00pm

Paid holidays include: New Years Day (Jan 1) , Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, etc.
