We are currently seeking a seasoned leader for our estimating team in our Fishers, IN location. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in cost and budget estimation for large-scale commercial construction projects, as well as team leadership experience.


Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications include:


  • Oversee all aspects of the estimating process, from initial bid preparation to final submission, as well as carry own estimating workload.
  • Lead and mentor a team of estimators, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and competitiveness in our estimating practices.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between estimates and project requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Must have conceptual estimating experience. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have experience in pricing labor for concrete, carpentry, casework, doors, demo, and specialties.
  • Preferred experience with preconstruction estimating.
  • Preferred experience with scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in various estimating and other construction software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitation. (Destini, On-Screen, CMiC)
  • Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of work experience in construction, with at least 8 years in construction estimating. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
