Production Operator

Production Operator- $17 an hour

I.K. Hofmann has a client that offers an exciting automotive production opportunity that pays $17 an hour.We are looking for the right candidate for assembly of door systems/window regulators, seats and tracks that can meet the quantities and dates according to the customer requirements, as well as internal production targets, with a constant high standard of the product quality that Brose has come to be known for.

Specific duties and responsibilities

•Manual assembly operations in a work cell for door systems/window regulators, seats and tracks

•Responsible for meeting all procedures, job instructions and organization instructions in the work area (workstation instructions,

operator process sheets, quality control plans, etc.).

•Follows Brose New Boston Quality Policy. Compliance with Brose New Boston safety processes and procedures.

•Simple service and cleaning tasks on the assembly equipment as well as data recording.

•Developing of solutions within a team of members of the department.

•Maintaining of the environmental management system based on the federal and state laws, working in the realization of environmental

topics.

•Needs to escalate any deviations in the assembly process and components/sub-assemblies/final-assemblies to supervisor.

•Continuous improvement of the organization and processes in the production area.

•Ensure cleanliness and keep the production area in order.

•Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and show problem-solving and multitasking skills

•Stand, move, bend at a fast pace for up to 8 to 10 hours a day.

•Must be able to lift up to 50Ibs with or without reasonable accommodation.
