Position Details:
Position: Loan Documentation Processor
Client: Fortune 500
Industry: Banking
Job duration: 9 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Mon-Fri (start times between 7:00am-8:30am)
Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. (without benefits)
Responsibilities:
Neither will be customer facing, however they will call/email Settlement Agents/Title Companies as their main function.
The MR’s will be required to utilize Excel to obtain their daily work, so the ability to use this program is a requirement.
Additionally, both processes will require very careful attention to detail in order to eliminate the need for the client to redisclose documents to borrowers.
Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures for loan products.
Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans.
Process and close for loan products.
