Duties Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software Provide Tier I/II contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems. Attempt to resolve as many incidents as possible during the first contact Document incident resolution and status in incident database tools (i.e. ServiceNow). Install system wide software and assist with fine-tuning system performance. Required: Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience Security Clearance Level: PUBLIC TRUST CompTIA A+ - CompTIA - CompTIA #M2
