This position will support the Customer 360 product within the Regulated Solutions Analytics group. Customer 360, often abbreviated as C360, is a comprehensive approach to provide a single source of truth (SSoT) for common customer data and insights. It aims to consolidate fragmented and occasionally contradictory pieces of customer data into a unified view. This enables a deeper understanding of customers' characteristics, behaviors, attitudes, and their overall relationship to the Grid, which is essential for the success of Grid Edge Evolution and creating a seamless customer experience that fosters the adoption of new offerings. The C360 initiative involves creating and configuring environments for data and analytics, inventorying data to be included in the SSoT, and designing frameworks for maintaining this data. It also includes the productionalization of data science models and the creation of data products to enable a standardized source of customer data for other products and the enterprise. In summary, Customer 360 is a strategic initiative that integrates customer data from various sources to provide a holistic view of the customer, which is crucial for informed decision-making and enhancing customer engagement. The Product Owner defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of products in a product portfolio. Leads a single product team developing a product as defined by the Product Complexity Model. Responsibilities • Defines and manages product roadmap • Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders – including the senior leadership team • Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.) • Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs • Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development • Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features • Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems • Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders Additional Preferred Qualifications • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action. • Preferred Product Owner Certification – obtained within 6 months upon entry of role • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team • Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities. • Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships • Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs • 5 or more years working in utility industry • Experience as a Product Analyst • Agile Product Owner certification • "Black Belt" Six Sigma certification • Experience with Jira • Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment • Experience with teams developing and shipping software ware
