Jointhe McNabb Center Team as the Services Coordinator for Facilities today!

The ServicesCoordinator oversees the management of all properties and facilitiesto include routing and preventative maintenance, center owned and leasedvehicles, improvement projects and other duties impacting the overallappearance and upkeep of the center facilities. An essential job function is reliable, predictable 40 hours per weekjob, on site and in the community, with regular attendance. Must be able totend to emergencies outside of normal working hours.

COMPENSATION: Startingsalary for this position is approximately $62,365 /yr based on relevantexperience and education.

Schedule:

  • Monday -Friday 8am-5pm with the expectation of on call for emergencies / staffing /supervision issues.

Travel:

  • Travel between McNabb worksites in variouscounties throughout East TN is required.

Equipment/Technology:

  • Basiccomputer skills are required for email, timekeeping, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS - FacilitiesServices Coordinator

Education:

  • Associates degreeor High school diploma with five years' experience but Bachelor's degreepreferred.

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Minimum of five years' experience isrequired in the field of building maintenance and/or construction and at leastthree years of supervision.
  • Knowledge of computers and computer software arerequired.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, constructionmaterials and general construction techniques.
  • This position requires the ability to read and understand constructiondrawings and specifications.
  • Post-secondary education in any building trade is a plus.

Physical:

  • Exposureto biological hazards.
  • Hearing of normal/soft tones and close eye work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Applicants should be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • Able to lift 25lbs.
  • Proficient in reading and typing.
