As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction and fostering trust
Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires
Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

(Required qualifications)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per applicable state laws
Experience: 1-2 years' experience in customer service
Education: High school diploma or GED
Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds

Pay: $16 per hour - $20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday and some Saturday availability
