About who needs care: Currently receiving morning care services through VA supported program, we need to increase his care. He has memory issues, needs assistance remembering to change clothes, takes medicine, stay hydrated. Spends much time watching TV (by choice) does not have any hobbies except fishing
About the care needs: Probably best to have sense of humor, he tends to be jokey
Memory issues needs lots of reminders for self care, BP monitoring, not particular hobbies outside of fishing
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
