Role Summary

EQ is seeking a qualified Securities Operations Service Specialist to join our team in Mendota Heights, MN.

We need passionate and engaged individuals to help us build a team that can lead EQ to the same success in the US that it has had in the rest of the world.

The Securities Operations Service Specialist is part of the Validation Team and plays a key role in ensuring that data is accurate before it is processed into the system.

In this role the selected candidate will also review time sensitive and complex transactions from shareholders and clients; they will also research and resolve out of balances.

This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm remote role. May include some overtime hours as needed when volumes warrant.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents before posting to the system of record.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills, Capabilities:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, financial or clerical.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Compensation

  • $18 per hour
