Seeking energetic, detail-oriented home health aides who are committed to creating a positive experience for our patients. You will assist the physicians in providing care to patients by creating a friendly, caring environment. The successful candidates are self-motivated, compassionate and possess the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Be familiar with procedures for emergency care and first aid.
Understand that a patient's condition may change at any time, requiring a change in their care plan.
Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
