Part Time Light Housekeeping, Personal Assistant, Helper

I am a 70+ who needs help with Light housekeeping, daily clean up bathroom and kitchen. Be able to do laundry and ironing, make bed and change bed linens. Also, general up keep of 1 bedroom apt. I have one big hairy cat who loves people. Loves to be petted and brushed and requires weekly box cleanup. Some Preparation of small meals. Free indoor parking available. Would like a person who knows how to take charge and proceed without instruction. Can remind me of taking medication, drinking water and eating. Most important, Friendly and good conversationalist.
